What to expect.

 Welcome to my 6-Day Cardio Challenge, designed specifically for older adults who want to boost their fitness, energy, and overall health! This program combines Tabata, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), and Power Walking—three effective and adaptable workout styles that deliver big results in a short amount of time.


What Are Tabata and HIIT?

  • Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that follows a 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off structure, repeated for 4 minutes (8 rounds). It’s short, intense, and great for improving endurance and metabolism.
  • HIIT involves alternating between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. It’s customizable, efficient, and helps burn calories even after the workout (known as the "afterburn effect").
