Zoom Classes

I have decided to cancel my zoom classes immediately because of some physical challenges that I am having which I cannot teach these classes along with my YouTube and other video productions.  Also, the zoom classes attendance has dropped off sharply plus the equipment issues I am having conducting the zoom classes as well.  You can still exercise with me on you tube. 

I thank everyone for your support and your understanding.
