Dance Dance Dance is the fun way to burn fat, lose
weight and get in shape. I have been teaching dance
fitness since 1989. I have so much fun. My classes did
consist of salsa, menergue and mambos, with funk, rock
and roll moves, show tune moves and jazz moves too.  As
it is written there is nothing new under the sun. Just a
different name.

1) Know your audience. This is very important, you must
tailor to them. If you have a dance background. You must
leave the performance on the shelf.
2) Cueing is very important.  You must lead and guide.
4). 32 count phrase is still in the picture. Built your
moves around that.
5). Music - choose the right music for the class you are
teacing.
6). Dare to risk and explore in uncharted waters. For
example I mix a little belly dance with a funk combo and
it works!
