Hi Lo Aerobics is not dead, it is alive in well in various
fitness and health clubs around the world. I teach hi lo but
it is called Cardio Jam.  But it is still the old school fun of
jogging, jumping tracks, twisting, squating, football drills,
side lunges, etc.  And the beats are stonger as every.  I
start at 140 BPM and then climb up to 153 BPM. Non-stop
action for 45 minutes. I am amaze that at age 52 I can still
push it that hard. No other work out challenges me!
Boot Camp - No Dancing Here!
Boot camp is fun athletic workout. No time for dancing
here! Boot Camp, test you mentally, physically and
spiritually.  I just love doing mountain climbs, push ups,
power squats,etc.  It's a good cross trainer. If you have
not taken one, seek one out at your health club, gym,
YMCA or community center.
