you for that. Giving you the fundamentals of teaching, written and practical examination and CPR requirements. Then
there are some that have you come in and jump around for a few hours, tell you about how much money you can make,
give you a certify and off you go. With what? Would you trust your self to a doctor who went into the emergency room,
observed, acted like he knew what was going on, not get tested, get an certificate then telling you trust him with your life?
The organizations that operate like that are after nothing but after your money. They have got you all excited and blinded
you to the real reality.

many teaching styles and formats
that you have to actually go to a
class and see what it is about. It
doesn't matter if it is label as Hip
Hop, Zumba, Latin or whatever.
They all have something to offer, so
you have to choose what is right for
you. One is not better than the
other.

manage your weight, but taking a
strength training class and cardio
class will give you balance.
